Posts Stands and Obstacles
The series was created during aimless walks, with the idea of wandering. The works in this series refer directly to objects that stand by the road, accompanying us as we move through space, marking our direction or "replacing" our path. Their color, however, comes from another, non-urban world. Instead of a gray concrete structure, they more closely resemble a moss-covered boulder or a blue cloud. Their unreal color causes them to lose their place. Instead of blocking our path, they ponder. As if they were asking about the meaning of their existence here and now. The artist is curious about what truly determines our directions in life? What guides us when we go right or left? Do the titular cones and obstacles really exist?
